Cats enjoy their home comforts and usually prefer to remain in the safety of their own territory when their humans are away.

I offer cat sitting services within four miles of Swadlincote, Derbyshire to provide cat guardians with peace of mind when they go on holiday or are away from home for a little while.

I visit their feline companions once or twice a day to feed them, clean out their litter trays and make sure they have plenty of fuss, play and attention.

I also carry out other jobs in my clients' homes such as opening and closing curtains and taking out the bins to make their property appear occupied. The safety and security of my clients' pets and property are paramount.

Cats are my passion in life and I have been running my own successful pet sitting business, Karma Paws Pet Care, since 2011. I also look after other small animals that live with my clients’ cats such as rabbits, guinea pigs and birds. Please enquire if you require this service as well.

My initial meeting is free, which is essential ensure that I meet my furry clients and their humans to ensure that we are all happy with everything and that all of the correct arrangements are in place. I ask clients to have a key(s) ready for collection at the meeting.

Cat Sitting Prices

£8 per weekday visit

£10 per weekend visit

£12 per bank holiday visit

(for up to three cats in one household)

£1 per visit per additional cat if more than three

£8 per key collection/return to client's home address if not given at initial meeting

A visit lasts up to 30 minutes, depending on the needs of each cat. 

Additional charges will be applied for small pets and birds living with cats and for garden watering if there are a lot of plants. Please ask for a quotation regarding this.

Please note that I don't usually work on Christmas Day or Boxing Day and may also take additional days off over the Christmas and New Year period. Please still enquire to find out when my services are available.

I am fully insured to care for cats and other small animals on behalf of my clients and also work as an ICAN Certified Animal Behaviourist, IAABC Associate Certified Cat Behaviour Consultant, Reiki Master Teacher and Animal Communicator. 

The only animals I am not insured to care for are those requiring injections or other invasive treatments for medical purposes. Oral or topical medications are fine but clients are required to fill in and sign a Medication Form.
